Im Describeing my complain , Not remmeber perfect date but in between 20th-25th june 2016. I went my nearest vodafone care ( Adajan- Surat) for new complaint paid number.when im entered the store last 3rd number table one vodafone girl give me this number for complaint paid plan "8238666658" and some suggestion about planes and ask for 400/- but thats time I have no money so im not able to pay but she give me that number and say complete your varification that 400/- pay latter. as identity proff I gave my driving licence and photo which same as my regular vodafone pre paid number "9727360206" this is my regular number and all document same prepaid and complaint paid. then after i'm return home then after till now im not use that complaint paid number but bills regularly comes at home but im not use that complaint paid number thats why im ignor that bills but suddenly my pre paid number "9727360206" stops working because of that complaint paid number pending bills. but without any varification process and any kind of use why im pay that bills today bills ammount approx 750/- above date 19th sep 2016,
when my prepaid number stops working that time i went my nearest store but they can't solve it then tell we have done mail come next time in surat 2 times and in vadodra 17 times they do same things .even im not open my complaintpaid number cover but still bills comes approx date 1st -5th sep 2016 one vodafon care person open that sim seal you will check the CCTV all recording their person name AFTAB . then after same things happen and happen next time next time . My Pre paid number service stops almost 3 weeks and thats why im faceing many troubles regarding my contects with clients . Today 19th sep 2016 again im going vadodra store ( Waghodiya) in the afternoon today also same process ask number and check all the details on computer n then mail and all but today that person give his person number and tell me call me in the ni8 for your complain and give me his number. in the night im calling that number but that person pick one time and when im tell about complain he cuts the call and then not pick my phone. at 9;45 pm he pick my phone and tell 1st ABUSE ABUSE word to me why im calling and all then tell "" TU KAL STORE PE AA TUJE DIKHATA HU MERE POWER "" WOW what a service by vodafone store and if anyone have doubt then check conversation between me and that person via police .I want justice for my complain against vodafone company and that 2 store Waghodiya store and Adajan store and take strictly steps against girl who starts that number without varification and that person who speak this types of words with customers that vodaphone care person name AFTAB and number "9978603793" who speaks this types of words with me hope you solve this issue and give me justice.
