Dear sir,
I am facing a big problem from my mobile service provider. My name is Sandeep Kumar Santra mobile number 09433533143. My service provider is Vodafone. Previously my service provider is CELLONE. I have changed my provider to Vodafone. My connection is pre-paid and I have using their service last 3 years . I have I have no complain to them last three years. In this month 5/5/2015 I have received a call from Vodafone, Salt Lake Kolkata (No. +919804377083 caller name Aparna Bhowmik) to take complaint-paid connection in place of pre-paid connection. I don't want to convert my connection. But he convinced me to convert my connection. I told her that my expenses per month is average Rs. 200 per month including internet use. She told in complaint-paid plan my monthly charge will be Rs. 250 (including tax.). She also said if I am not satisfied in service I can change to my previous plan next month. I told her I have approx. 2.4GB data balance in my pre-paid connection. She told That data will be transferred to my complaint-paid connection. However from their customer care verifier told it is not possible. Than I call Miss Aparna and told that. She told that from their office they have specially mailed to their higher authority to transfer data to my complaint-paid connection and I can use that 2.4GB data. She has given her personal number 9674700316. My service changed from 8/5/2015.
Now they have send me a massage my billing date is 27/5/2015 my bill amount is Rs. 1317.98 and due date is 14/6/2015, my rental is Rs.142.5 and call charge is Rs.1160.88. However I have not called more than 100. It is clear they have charged against my data uses. In 27/5/2015 I call Miss Aparna about this amount and request to revert my connection to per-paid connection. She told that I have to pay the bill fist then it will be possible and disconnect the phone. I have tried to connect Vodafone in No.+919804377083 also in Miss Aparna's personal number last two days. Every time I called they are disconnect my call.
Sir My service provider cheated me . It is not possible to me to pay that large amount It is my humble request to you to take necessary action as early as possible.
