My Complaint Description:
I have two CUG numbers,on those numbers Vodafone company has changed plan without calling me or by latter,they just informed by SMS.Earlier in my plan after using 750MB 3G net there was 2G unlimited and Now there is just only 750MB 3G. As usuall as a customer i don't know because i never prefer to read company massages as company usually sending unusefull massages.Beacause of that for this problem i called to Vodafone customer care executive(Mr.Jatin Lunagariya) on 25th May,2016 ,At that time executive said me that your extra charge would be waived as that thing was not well known by customer and executive requested to call again to customer care on 2nd june for that purpose .But today on 2nd June 2013 they have refused all things.
