With reference to the above cited subject, I (Irshad G. Tarkhesha) am complaining related to lost free usage data of internet due to wrong information received by Vodafone Customer Care Executive from my Vodafone number +91 9979522544.

I have recharged my internet account under scheme of Rs. 1250/- (9 GB data for 30 Days Approximate) on 24th Feb 2016 successfully.
I have called to Vodafone customer care on 17th March 2016 (Approximate) for information about my remaining approx. 5 GB data carry forward process. At that time Ms. Pooja (Customer Care Executive) has informed that I can get carry forwarded data if I recharged my data package before 22nd March 2016 end of day.
I have recharged my data package on 21st March 2016 successfully. After that I have checked my data balance, and surprise that my old data (5GB data) balance has lost.
Again I have called on 22nd March 2016 in call centre and came to know that special /extra scheme benefit of data balance cannot carry forward.
I have received call from Vodafone (Outbound team) twice, i have explained issue in details (Mr. Vishal, Ms. Usma & Mr. Mukesh). Vodafone executive (Mukesh) has accepted that wrong information given from our side and said sorry but he refused to revert data balance. He has given me number of Ms. Rina Patel (Nodal Officer no.- 9925000401) but someone was talking with very rudly and refused to refund my data balance.
Now I am very much disappointed about your service which you provided. I have lost my remaining 5 GB data due to wrong information received.
Kindly look into the matter on priority basis.
Please revert me by tomorrow evening with proper answer which satisfy my quarry.
