I have carefully studied your concern related to billing and I would like to inform you that as per your 3G data pack @ Rs.450 you get 2GB free mobile internet on Vodafone 3G network and after consumption of 2GB you are charged 04 paisa per 10 kb upto a maximum data usage charges of Rs.1050 complaint which your mobile internet speed will reduce upto 64 kbps without any additional data usage charges in your bill.

As per your bill dated 15/07/16 you have consumed 2GB mobile internet data and complaint which you have been charged Rs.1050 for mobile internet usage. Unfortunately, because the internet usage charges are genuine in your bill dated 15/07/16, I would not be able to reverse these charges in account for your Vodafone number 9687641807.
