Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I am Krunal Shukla, writing to you this mail to file a complaint against M/s. Vodafone for illegally barring service of my mobile number 8980074174 for non payment of my earlier number 9687876087.
I am following up with vodafone representatives for almost 3 months to provide detailed bill of my non payment number 9687876087. I have requested several times in call center of Vodafone also informed to their collection officers and various responsible persons to provide hard copy of my detailed bill on my registered address. But they have not sent these bills after my these several requests. I have also sent them mails on [email protected] from where also I did not receive any satisfactory response.
Vodafone has threatened me and my family for payment of this amount by reaching at registered address but after my requests too they had not bring the detailed bill and in spite of providing the bill they threatened me and stopped my working number. Below mentioned are persons and their numbers who are associated with Vodafone and called me to threaten me and did not provide me detailed bill after repetitive requests from my side:

Today on 04/07/2016, vodafone has stopped service of my active personal number which is 8980074174 due to non payment of number 9687876087 which has no link up with it. This is clear cut case of mental harassment and cheating by not providing detailed bill and forced to pay bill amount which ever they want to charge. After my several request Vodafone is neglecting my request and forcing me to pay the bill only which is also not an actual amount. They also cut my current services to blackmail me and by this way they are forcing me to pay the money.
I am ready to provide any detail if you require on this matter. Looking forward for your kind attention in this matter.
