My Complaint Description:

On December 28, 2015 I recharged my Vodafone number +91-7230875921 by 96 Rs under which I received 1GB 2G data for 28 days. I faced difficulty as internet speed was too slow and I needed internet for some important work so I decided to buy a small pack of 3G data. On the same day (i.e. December 28, 2015) I bought a small pack of 3G data at 8 Rs and received 20 MB data with validity of 1 day. To my surprise I received message that your previous pack has been overwritten. I contacted customer care and he said that your 2G pack is lapsed now. I did’t even utilize 5MB data of it and they have taken it back.
I asked him that my 2G pack should continue and I should get benefit of it for 28 days. The customer care said that there is no resolution for this and this is our policy. We can’t do anything.

I would like to mention that if this is your policy (which is absolutely absurd) then it can easily be misused to take away customers from service. I would tell you one example, if a person is subscribed to a pack of 1999 Rs for a month (just for example) then I will recharge his/her number by just 8 Rs. You can definitely understand the consequences.
