My Complaint Description:
In the month of May 2016 three times balance deduction have been occurred. After complaining to the Vodafone customer executive every time they told somehow some value added service was requested at the time of Internet surfing. On last 30.05.2016 again Rs.45 had been deducted from my account balance for automatically activation of "UTV ACTION" service. I wanted to know from the Vodafone Customer Executive as well as their Senior Executive that whenever we are surfing internet through broadband or with the help of router in a desktop or laptop then this type of service is not automatically subscribed. So how your company can deduct my a/c balance though as per my knowledge I yet not had requested any value added service at the time of internet surfing. But I don't get any positive response and they informed that the balance will not be refunded and also 24 hour have been over.

    • Myself Manu…similar incident has happened to me also…my postpaid account has been debited 90 Rs each three times in the month of may,june,july without my consent..I had not activated any service on my phone…and without my knowledge Vodafone has debited my account….i am going to file complaint in consumer court against Vodafone for doing such acts..my no is 9820864660
