My self Vanchita G Shah/Praikh,
For May month, My Vodafone bill was “1108.88”. (I called to Vodafone customer care on 18th June2016 and asked about the bill detail, As per Miss Amruta bhavsar Said me that its appear due to Extra Internet Data usage after finish 1 GB. And I told her that I did not use the data after finish my 1 GB internet pack. I told her that I make setting in My Mobile also taking care when my inter net pack finish I stopped the Mobile Data option after finish my 1 GB internet Pack.
I asked her about the payment and she told me that, you just pay current bill. I cannot refund money back but I will Minus (-) the 517 Rs after 72 hours in your account but it’s did not do yet. And As Per “Amruta bhavsar” will adjust 517 + tax in my Next bill. As per your Executive commitment I paid my bill 1108.
Even I had not did ISD call and then also its counted in my account. I just received IST call. And she did not mail me for that ISD call on my email id.
I am using smart phone and always taking care when internet is reached 816.00 MB. Please check my old bills as well.
I did mail communication with them but they just explain the plan and told me that u used internet after 1GB.
Sir/Madam, I have call recording between me and Amruta . I sent them but they are not ready to refund extra amount in my account.
I already told them to see my bill since when i was using internet. But they are not agree and not doing help for me.
I am from middle class family. Vodafone are lying to customer and without their information they activate the any scheme and for that customer has to pay for that due to their irresponsibility towered their duty.
This is not happened once . This happened with my husband number as well in one year back. And we stopped his number.
So, Please help me.
