My Complaint Description:
I have activated my 3G plan on 31st Dec 2015 11:30 & after that I had received an SMS for confirmation of activation then I had started usage of 3G but after due days I had got a SMS that "your credit limit has been crossed" at that time I had talk with customer care person & he had informed me that your plan is not activated till 3 rd Jan due to Vodafone technical reason so he had help me for viwer my Dec 31 ammount which is approx 1388 Rs at that time I had asked home about my January 1st to 3rd date viwer & he had also committed me that your 2856 amount viwer will be done after generation of January month bill after that I had registered a complaint for January viwer amount 2856 but to day I had received a call from vodafone they told me thisamount will not reimburse from there end .so sir this things are not barable bcz this was happened due to there own company technical reason so request to you kindly help me for the same.
