My Complaint Description:
My husband's name is Shubhadip Das, and his Vodafone postpaid mobile number is 9874188369 and mine prepaid Vodafone number is 8017016094. After confirmation from telecommuter (199), we visited Garia (5 No Busstand) Vodafone store, South Kolkata around 3.30 pm on 18th November 2015, to upgrade my number into family sharing plan with my Husband's number as primary number. We want my husband's number as Parent one (9874188369) with Red _699 _Plan with another Red_99 plan (8017016094) for unlimited talk time with parent number and data sharing facility.
They guided us to convert my husband's voda_Red_499 plan (existing) into Red_699 plan immediately, though they confirm us that Data Sharing Plan will be enabled from next billing cycle which is 27th of the November, along with they changed the ownership of my number 8017016094 (Sudeshna Banerjee) to my Husband's name (Shubhadip Das) and convert it to a postpaid no (Rental 149) from prepaid.
This is just disgusting from the Vodafone people, that after 27th November when the plan has not changed, we have call the customer care several times, but the issue has not been addressed.
Due to Vodafone's fault we are harassed from last November. My husband's number had been upgraded to 499 to 699 plan immediately from the day when I've applied for Vodafone RED Family plan. But no upgradation to Vodafone family plan has not been addressed.
Last month in the parent number (9874188369) the bill raised was- 2071, and in my number (8017016094) bill raised was -2865.
I had already lodged a complain on 6th Jan in 198 (Reg. no.140612220) from my no. (8017016094) against the Vodafone store and the dealing person Sandip (9804192045). But still Vodafone only SMS me that the problem will be addressed. Still 8017016094,number is not included in 99 red plan family plan!!!!! Today I'm getting call for the due payment. When I called 198 they said they have taken the request now (7th Jan, 2016) andit will be effective from 6th Feb, 2016. Now who will take this bill's responsibility????? Why we are paying these hiked unnecessary bills???? When we're giving our request on 18th November, then on what basis these harassment we are going through???? This harassment is due to misleading by Vodafone people. I will definitely take legal steps regarding this nuisance, if still not getting any solicitation from Vodafone's side. This lead to us great problem for us…This already affected our current bill and next month bill. As My husband staying at Patna and I'm working woman, it is not possible for us to everytime visit Vodafone store….We fall into a deep trouble due to Vodafone People’s misguidance…Who will take this responsibility???? If proper stepes not been taken from Vodafone’s end….I will definitely think how long to continue with Vodafone!!!!!
