My Complaint Description:

i have postpaid connection of vodafone network, i have problem that the vodafone activates VAS(value added services) without my permission.

When i get post paid bill at the end of my month, i always get amount to pay services that i have never asked to activate.

I have been facing this problem since i bought this vodafone connection.

I requested them to stop activating the VAS in my sim but they are saying that you have to take care of that it dosen't get activated, but there is no way that i do not let it activate.

So my complain is to not get activated VAS in my sim by vodafone.
