My Complaint Description:
Dear Sir,
Myself Piyush Patel and I am using Vodafone mobile CUG connection from last two years.
As I am using the CUG plan of 375 ₹ monthly rent Vodafone have some features like free minutes, Free CUG call, 1 GB 3G internet free and after that unlimited 2G internet free.
But suddenly last month I got the charges of ₹ 650 after using the free 3G internet.
After seeing this charges in the bill I tried to communicate with the Vodafone customers care to make the complaint against the charges. But the customer care representatives straightly denied to make complaint against the same as they are saying that your plan is changed and same is noticed by SMS.One of the customer care representative said your amount will be settled down once final bill is generated but after final bill generated I again talk with and they said they can not do any thing . Representatives also said that they have changed the plan who have changed/shifted to other plan but I have never change the plan since from last TWO years.
As I am regularly checking my messages and no any such message found for the plan change. For any promotional offers they are making so many call for information but for the plan change they didn't.
I request you to help in this matter to waive extra charges.
