My Complaint Description:
I'm a customer of Vodafone India Limited. My mobile no. is 9836305354.
on 03.08.2016 I've checked that I am getting an offer on internet which is minimum 1.25 GB to upto 3GB, 3G facility will be provided to my number for Rs.198/- for 28 days. I called an customer care executive at 11:52 am on 9830098300 number to make sure that either I'll receive the 2G fecility or 3G and she assured me, that the service will be provided on 3G. Hence I recharged my number with this scheme but after recharging I was not getting the 3G service at all and was only getting the 2G service and I was facing a lot of problem, my phone doesn't support 2G. My phone was going for a toss again and again & when I again called on the same number, another customer care executives were disconnecting my calls again and again intentionally after hearing my problem. At 1.26 pm on the same day I mailed my problem to [email protected] this mail ID and the next day i.e 04.08.2016 at 10:40 am I got a call from 033-7171-1822 and another customer care executive named Somdatta De called me an assured me that she'll investigate my complaint regarding data pack related concern. She will listen the recording of the telephonic discussion which was made by me and the customer care executive who assured me to provide 3G felicity clearly and will revert to me with a conclusive response by 3 working days. She wanted the Screenshot of the offer and I also sent the same to the above mentioned mail ID. Till now there is no respond from their side.
I explained her everything that my phone doesn't support 2G. Hence from last 8-9 months am continuously using 3G. My money is totally waste.
I just want my money back they've provided me the wrong information and for their fault I'm suffering problem.
