VODAFONE Complaint – Wrongly Raise Postpaid Bill For The Bill Period 1.1.16 To 14.1.16

My Complaint Description:
Above mentioned mobile no is postpaid connection of vodafone mobile company. Vodafone change my bill cycle and raise mothly bill against bill period 1.1.16 to 14.1.16.

Company said me that they are changed bill cycle for my plan as per other customer bill cycle of this plan. They want comman bill cycle for vodafone convenient.

They are said against raise 342 Rs, this is a flat charge for this plan. My plan is connect299 plan for GETCO 'S Cug.

They not taken permission for changing in bill cycle and not informed me. They are not taken any consent for this change from me.

So please solve my problems. I have recordings with customers care executive about my problems but they denied to help me in my matter
