My Complaint Description:
I have purchased new AC of VOLTAS Model No. Voltas INV/AC 1.5T 18V MY, Part code 191807 on dated 27th January 2016 thru CROMA. Installation was done after a week, and demonstration was shown near by date 22nd Feb, 2016. After few days I made complain regarding AC indoor unit was not properly responding. Unit sensor not responding to the remote after pressing remote button three to five times then it works and sometimes not, Voltas technician attend complain in march, 21st march, 18th April but problems could not be solved. again I made complain on 22nd April, 4th May, 7th may, complain Register no 16051202843, 18th may then 19th May Today (26th May). Personally I contact Mr. Shirishbhai to Croma on 13th May and shown Mobile Video of AC, He assured to solve the problem within a week. Senior technician Mr. Mohamadbhai from VOLTAS service center at Vadodara, He checked but couldn't fix it problem, after that I contact to Mr. Adil who is senior person at Vadodara location but he is not taking seriously about this matter, there is a problem with AC unit and that faulted unit was not replaced bye them, For the same problem we registered several complaint but none of one can fixed it up. so I request you to please help me in this matter and want to change damage unit as early as possible. Please do needful in this matter..
