DEAR SIR,

SUB: COMPLAIN FOR NOT UTILISE AC
REF :- REQUEST NO. 16052608132

I, JIGNESH KUMAR BHATT (ADVOCATE), WE HAVE BUY VOLTASH AC FORM VIJAY SALES FROM MY BROTHER NAME MR. DHAVAL SANJAY KUMAR BHATT RESIDENT AT BUNGLOW NO. 16, BALIYA KAKA SOCIETY, VIBHAG -1, SUKHRAM NAGAR, GOMTIPUR, AHMEDABAD – 380021 AROUND 22 MAY 2015 FOR MY OLD PARENTS.

AFTER THAT WE HAVE SUFFERING FOR THIS AFTER SALES SERVICE. AT THE INSTALLATION TIME THE PERSON TOLD HIM REMOT IS DIFFERENT. THIS REMORT NOT FOR USING THIS VOLTASH AC. SO WE HAVE COMPLAINT IN TALK FREE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER AND BOOKING COMPLAINT.

AFTER THAT THIS PERSON COME AND TOLD HIM REMOTE IS OK BUT THE AC CIRCUIT (SOME PART IN AC) NOT WORKING AND HE GOT THIS CIRCUIT WITH HIM.

BUT MY FIRST QUESTION IS HOW IS POSSIBLE IN NEW AC ANY CIRCUIT NOT WORKING?

IF YOU HAVE PROBLEM IN AC SO HOW TO COME IN MARKET? FIRST CHECK NOT POSSIBLE TO DISPATCH AS PER LAW.

WE REQUEST AND EVERY DAY FOLLOW UP FOR KINDLY SEE OUR PROBLEMS AND ANY PROBLEM IN AC SO EXCHANGE AND SOLVE THIS PROBLEM AT PRIORITY BASIS.

BUT NOT ANY ACTION FOR THIS SIDE AND WE STILL FOR SUFFERING AND NOT TO USE AC IN SUMMER TIME ALMOST ONE MONTHS.
