My Complaint Description:
Hello sir, I have purchased one Khantil Gorgeous Baby Pink Georgette Gown (CODE: 502342) ) (Order No. R186637725) from Voonik. I got delivery of this gown on 23rd or 24th May 2015. But I had returned it on 26th May 2015. Their man Mr. Devendra had collected this gown from me on 26th May 2015 at 5.30 P.M. After 5/6 days I had called up Voonik. They told me that you will get your refund in a week. After that I had called up them so many time, emailed them so many times. But whenever I called up Voonik, every time I got voice mail message that representatives are busy, we shall call you back shortly. Once I got reply that you sent your Bank details. So next day I had sent my bank details also. Once they told me to send my bank statement copy, so I sent them my Bank Statement scan copy. But they had not taken any action. Above one month have passed. But still I have not got my refund. What should I do? Should I leave water on my refund amount. I am from middle class family. This amount is also very big for me.
Please help me to get my refund as soon as possible.
