My Complaint Description:
I have ordered a product from Voonik online women fashion store Order Number: R636672861 dated 10th October, 2015. I have paid the product amount on the same day through online transaction. On the same day (i.e. 10th October, 2015), I have received a mail from Voonik says that the product will be delivered within 3-9 working days. Then after I have communicated several times through mails and calls but still not receiving the product. Every time in their response they are giving the new date to deliver the product but yet not delivered. I am really tired now and I believe that these people doesn't want to deliver the product at all.

  1. Still I am waiting for the product and today I got mail from Voonik that the product is delivered to us. But it has not been delivered and not received at our end. How can they say that the product has been delivered??? I request stern actions against this fraud company as they do not want to deliver the product and delaying deliberately. Seeking co-operation from Grahak Suraksha Vibhag….Thanks.
