Respect Sir / Madam,

They payment has being made since one month. My order number is R811578433 and still the product has not being received.

They are making us fool by saying give us 2-3 working days. After that no call nothing to inform that they are not able to deliver the product. Again I make the call same fake promises are being given.
I would say never ever buy the product from Voonik. They only take the money but does not deliver the product.

Kindly look into the matter and do the needful ASAP.

    We are sorry, that we had to cancel your order after keeping you on hold since “Jun 07th”. We were expecting fresh stocks of “ Star Diva Fashion White Sky-Blue Printed Georgette saree(4372191)” when we received your order. But unfortunately, the consignment is getting delayed , more than we expected.So we have cancelled the order and initiated refund on July 7th, it may take up to 7-10 business days for your bank to credit the refund amount to your account.

      It was my big mistake that we try to do shopping from such as worst and pathetic website. Till date Voonik has not bother to ask me my bank details nor they have updated me by mail or message.

      Today when I called the customer care after keeping me on hold by customer care executive they disconnect the phone from there end. Mr. Kartik (Manager) keeps me hold for half an hour and did not bother to call back or drop me an email .
      I would request grahak Surakha to take legal action with such a website who take the money and keep it for 2 months and still asking to wait for more 10 days.

      Even they have close my ticket which I had registered on there link. My ticket number is #1873041.

      If you guys are not gone to refund me I will hire the lawyer and will do case against you.
