My Complaint Description:
Respected Sir,
Before two and half months back I need to convert my CDMA(postpaid) service in to GSM(prepaid) service by MNP scheme in same company Tata Docomo.
(1)First I have visited my city's Docomo store at Waghawadi -Bhavnagar and met Mr. Jatin, and submit all document as per his demand and he allot me a Prepaid SIM card viz no:-899 10 3084 10 1335 4315 1 and charged amount Rs.50/-. and also ask me to pay my due amount of postpaid bill which was paid by me Rs.529/- on date 23/07/15. He assured me that my service will be continue in 7 days, after many call and chasing at store personally, he again tell me to submit fresh document as he had made mistake in fulfill my MNP form.
(2) I resubmit my document to Mr. Rahul at same store and he charged me Rs. 50/- again for SIM and issue me SIM having no. 899 10 3084 10 1335 4270 8. again ask me to pay minimum postpaid charge Rs. 113/- on 26/08/2015. again assure me service will be start within 07 days. after continue chasing they told me that they have made another mistake by apply wrong MNP code so need to resubmit fresh document and which I have submitted on 17/09/2015. and alloted me a new SIM having no 89910307390143564291 and charge Rs 50/- and also keep my postpaid SIM with them. . I chased since last Friday 17/09/2015 to till date but they dont give me any response.
Today, after long long waiting I again visit Tata docomo store and met Mr.Jatin, and asked to help me but he said there is no any progress and I still need wait still evening. I sorrowfully tell him to stop my postpaid connection and asked my all previously submitted documents and photograph back. But Mr. Jatin told me that I again need to pay due amount of postpaid connection visit store to collect my document as his colleague bring it at home and his mobile switched off. How anybody can kept document with him rather than keeping the same in office only. Mr. Jatin behave me rudely and told the illiterate and poor people from village area nothing knowing about company's policy. I feel very sad and need to ask help to bring my document and my needlessly paid amount rs 500/-
