We verified your complaint complaint receiving images from you. We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. We would like to inform you that your complaint qualifies for a refund. As per our refund policy, kindly send the defective product to the below address. Once we receive the defective product from you, we will go ahead to initiate a refund.

In response to my e-mail of the same date as under:-
Dear Sirs,

On 13/03/2016 I placed an order for item “ 3 tees & 3 jeans”, my order no. being S801300872. I received the materials on 25/03/2016. I have discovered that the items have the following problem:
1) 1) The quality were not as depicted in the picture in your website.
2)2) Further, somewhere jeans are damaged, and somewhere Jeans colour is not good.
3) 3) Jeans fitting are also tight.
4) 4) T-shirt quality are too bad and far from depicted in the picture.
Thus,whatever I have seen in your website, the items received are totally different with it. So I m not satisfied with the products supplied.
In the matter I have already talked over telephone with your Customer Care Department.
Accordingly, I intend to refund the materials. As discussed i attach here you a photo copy of the damage material.
I, therefore, request you to advise how you propose to take refund of the materials supplied and refund me the amount paid along with the cost of despatch.
I look forward to your arrangement for collection from my address the return as advised during conversation with your Customer Care Departmentand refund of the cost of the materials along with cost of despatch.
