    i have purchase the 1.5t AC WHIRLPOOL on 24th Feb 2017. I gave the complain register on 23rd by email saying that AC is not working.
    The AC is delivered on 26th Feb 2017 and Installed on 27 Feb from the from company.
    When i raise the complain saying that we do have any track who is installed. So we can not give any warranty to you. it is now chargeable.Being as a consumer. how do i know who is from Direct company or not.
    Whirlpool gave all the warrant or serice as 3rd party, they always tell it is not under warranty. we will charge. and miss using the whirlpool name.
    It is kindly request kindly see this matter and repair our AC Immediately
