My Complaint Description:
This complaint is against Whirlpool. We bought a refrigerator from Whirlpool, 450 liter worth rupees 36000, 4 years ago. Every year we faced problem of gas refilling which was resolved by paying them but this year in April 1st 2015 the problem became so serious that there is no means that refrigerator can work now. Service man from Whirlpool said that it is impossible to repair this and it will be replaced by us as it is Company’s fault. It is been 3 months and what we get to hear is just fake promises that it will be done in 5 days and again after 5 days when we call they ask for more time, they have already delayed it like this by 3 months and they do not even bother about picking our call. We are not left with any choice other than just waiting. If it would have been possible to repair we could have get that done from any local service center too but as there is no means we are left without refrigerator in this summer where temperature goes up to 47 degrees.
