Wrong Bill: Tikona Broadband

I purchased Tikona broadband three months ago and about two month ago I take service of wi-fi modem from tikona at the rent of 75 rs. per month. but upto one month my wi-fi service is not activated by the company.and at the end of the month they send me bill that include the charge of my wi-fi service which was I never used.and again this month also they sent me bill of 75 rs.i complain against this issue to company about 25 to 30 times in two months then also they are not attending my complaint.
i am to tense since last two months about this issue.
