My Complaint Description:
I have purchased Wardrobe from Flipkart whose Order ID is OD404757486636650000.
The person who came for fitting is not well trained and he did very bad fitting, when I asked him for fitting mistakes then he did few more holes and did fitting again, but not able to do proper fitting at all.
Door locks are also not working properly and when I asked him then he put one more plate behind locks and try hard to do proper locking, but he is unable to make proper fitting.
Also this wardrobe has very bad quality of wooden and even it will surely broken if someone will push it or open it with little effort.
I don't like this bogus product, so I applied for return on 14th January.
I got many calls from Flipkart and seller, but they are not giving any proper answers.
Each and every time Flipkart is giving me new and new deadlines on every calls and Emails.
I am waiting since last 121 Days for any positive response, but each time they left me with a same copy-pasted pre-defined email that they will resolve my problem within certain date and on that date they are giving me new deadline date.
I didn't expect such bogus service from well-known company like Flipkart.
Please give me suggestion that what should I do to get proper answer from Flipkart.
