My Complaint Description:
I bought a phone named, Redmi 2 Prime, on 25-Dec-2015. I didn't check both the sim slots at that time. Then before few days (from today i.e. 01-Mar-2016) I bought another sim card and inserted in slot 1(which is never checked before) and it was not detected. So, I tried to swap the sim cards, to check whether it's a problem of sim card or slot(phone). Then also it wasn't detect. I tried another sim also but the case was same. I went to service center for check up. They checked my phone back side of the office, and I don't know what they have done with the phone, but then after they replied that it's a case of sim tray damage. I don't know how it's possible. I think it's the case of fraud to me. They have cheated me. Now they are asking half of the price of mobile to repair this, though it's in warranty period.
Please help me out with this.
