My Complaint Description:
I had purchased Mi Redmi note3 from Mi.com India, within 7-8 days of delivery I face a problem with screen touch n gravity sensor, I had calledbon 18001036286 them on 12th day from delivery and told the issue and request for replacing the phone but they told that now it is not possible and suggested me to go to service station, I do the same and go to the store and shown them the problem, they Reset n Format and Software updated the phone and returned me phone back.. Now after 25-30 days I am facing new issue with this phone, I called in customer care and given a written complain in mail to Mi.com but by assisting on call and on mail but the problem not solved of my phone till date and facing very much problems with that. Now they are given new trick to reset the phone n etc but all goes to fail.. following is the mail id on which I was sending the complain [email protected] So please this is my gentle request to my government that please help our people from this type of company..
