I also telephonic discussion with Mr. Harsad (customer care service ). Last 3 days back to back call in xiaomi service center.
I bought Xiomi Redmi not 3 mobile on date 6 april 2016 but why it has Total internal memory 11 GB instead of 16 GB in mobile and available memory of 8.10 GB. Why don't give a memory of 16 GB.( specification is 16GB eMMC5.0 internal memory (expandable up to 32GB)). Company deceived us.please help for replacement of mobile or give me refund.
