My Complaint Description:
It has been 74 days since I have given my MI band for replacement at your service center At -"MI Exclusive Service Center,35, Shyam Shikhar Complex, Dinesh Chamber Cross Roads,Next to BAPS Swaminarayan Temple,Bapunagar,Ahmedabad-380024" on 18th May. I am very surprised to see your excellent service that I dont have any clue any update about my replacement so far. On 31st May, 2016 , I visited service center couple of time but the center manager said it will get deliver on your register address within 7 days. After two weeks on 14th june when I again visited , He said I got 6 Mi band but forget to update you , please wait for another week we will get it delivered. I waited for another week then again , I visited that service center with anger that what hell you are thinking yourself , Do you think we are fools to buy your products? All of sudden he become irresponsible and answered me that we are not going to serve you anymore. What ever you have , call upon MI customer service and refuse to give me service. I dont understand how MI can become such a poor service provider ? How they can hire such arrogant person to represent them ? I even called Mi customer care but they are also useless and they said one of us will give you call back with update on your case. Till this moment I havent receive any call from MI customer support. I have all the recordings of my all calls to MI and conversation with your service center's owner. Which shows how poor Mi service is !!!! I just want to ask you single thing ,will I get my replacement or not ? If you cannot provide it then let me know. Thanks
