Got the defective handset from xiaomi mi store .had apply for the replacement of the handset they took the handset for the replacement and have not yet delevired the new handset.i was told it wood take six to sevan days for the replacement procedure and it has been ollredy aa month and thay are stil telling it wood take steal more time.i had lonch the complain with the compeny one months ago and thay are stil not conply me with the adequate answer… Stil not giving ne a perfect date for the new hendset when i will recive it nor they are refunding the hendset amount. And forcing me to wait forcing me to wait….
