My Complaint Description:
I’ve purchased xolo play T1000 around 4 months back and the product was bit
defective but I was totally satisfied with the product and gave the product
to service station. For the first time it went to service station and the
phone got the malfunction for the camera and I gave the phone back to them
for the second time in order to get this malfunction resolved but I am
unable to get the phone back Or there is no commitment given that it would
take X number of days to solve the issue. As single service process takes
20-25 days, I am unable to get the phone replaced too. If you can contact
the Xolo company it would be a great help to me.

In the past 4 months of buying the phone around 2+ months are consumed by
the service station. I’ve also emailed regarding the same but still there
is no reply under mail nor the higher authority from xolo care receives the
phone…. If you can suggest me what to do it would be a great help.
