IMEI NUMBER :- 911393250010144
I bought phone on 7th of july it was dead on 12th of august . Submitted
to Xolo Customer service Center on 14th august and i was assured that the
phone will be given to me by 15 days but yet XOLO. The phone has also heating issues.

Overall really pissed by the service of XOLO.
shame on you guys you make the people's fools …..

1. fake commitment
2. Poor service
3.even you people don't know how to talk customer,They behave like animal.

you guys promised that your handset will get in15 days , already 28 days done … where is your promise ??????

    This is in reference to your complaint dated 11.09.2015 regarding XOLO Smartphone Q1000s Plus; as per our conversation with your brother Mr. Akash Sharma, it is confirmed that your issue has been resolved.

    However, as discussed over the phone your handset is still having some touch issue. Hence we requested to re-visit to any of our XOLO service provider nearest to you and asked him to share the work order number which will be given by the service centre end for satisfactory resolution on your complaint.
