My Complaint Description:
On 30th August I have purchased a Samsung A7 2016 from yash Mobile Jamnagar. On 3rd September I have given complain to shop keeper regarding voice echo problem. At that particular time shopkeeper didn't take my mobile and asked me to come on Monday 5th September. At 7.00pm on Monday I have given my hand set because of my office work I am not able to come on Monday morning. When I reached at shop at 07pm Samsung executive says why I came after 06pm he will not going to change my handset. He was trying to argue with me and misbehave with me at his shop. And said that any how my mobile will not going to be changed.
As per my knowledge Samsung service center is open till 08.00pm at Jamnagar.
After that they have taken my handset. Next day evening he called me and said that my mobile will not being exchange only repairing can be done. When I reached at Samsung service center after checking of all service center said that there is some problems in hard disc. I requested the YASH MOBILE to speak to Samsung for change my mobile but Samsung was literally avoiding me to exchange the handset.
Right now I am using a defected piece of Samsung Mobile cost of 27000.00.
Only because of YASH MOBILE SHOP Jamnagar. They haven't guided me property.
