My Complaint Description:
I have returned a product received against Order No. 4789193 to YEPME.COM
I was told at the time of return that I will receive Courier Charge (Speed Post Charge) in my bank account detail which i have provided.
I have called so many times regarding refund of courier charges after returning the product because of delay in refunding. Every time i received the answer ”your courier charges will be refunded in your bank account within three or four working days.” and after 25 days of returning the product i received a mail of reimbursement coupon code of Rs.150
I HAVE STRICTLY INSTRUCTED CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE EVERY TIME THAT I DON’T WANT ANY COUPON. I WANT REFUND IN MY ACCOUNT. THEN ALSO THEY HAVE SEND ME COUPON.
I have to spend my valuable time and money for calling them, and after receiving the coupon, again I called then also no one helped me.
I want compensation against my Calling charges, time spent for their NON CUSTOMER FRIENDLY service and harassment felt from their support team.
I want TEN times of Courier Charges for not giving attention to my complaint and Miss Guidance from their executives.
