My Complaint Description:
I have booked a Diva Georgette Designer Saree – Dark Pink on 26th Nov, 2013 from yepme.com. for picture please link with following http://www.yepme.com/Deals1.aspx?CampId=19552
But they have sent me the another product which is fer different from my booked item. After phone call with their customer care executives several times, I have refund the product to yepme (at their delhi address i. e. 566/1 Arun Plaza Palam Vihar Road, Bijwasan, Adjoining Amity Eng. College, Delhi 110061). After one week they have sent me same product. Again I call them. Then they have told me that you sent your product we will refund tour money. I have sent the product again on 11th Dec, 2013 through Registered Speed Post (according to their direction) and they received the product on 16th Dec, 2013. But repeatedly their customer care executive told me that they have not receive the product. But I have all documents. I write them about the matter regularly. They said process continuing, we will meet as soon as possible. After that on 7th February, 2014 they have sent me a mail where they write me that ”Dear Customer,

We regret to inform you that we have not received your return product since it’s long time of adding the complaint. Hence your complaint has been closed.
