Hello sir,
My order ID on yepme.com is 7740467.
i had ordered two shoes which later i found was not fitting my size so i returned it on 4th july directly to company warehouse in delhi, and after that i had conversation with customer care they told quality check is done on 5th of july and i had recieved the same infromation on mobile on 7th of july, according their policy after quality check gets done within 14 days amount gets refunded to the customer’s given account no(which on mail i had sent). but however till date 27 of july its exceeded their time limit but i have not received refund from them. upon asking they told quality check is done on 17th and they are lying and delaying my refund. i have proof that i have got msg from them they had quality check on 5th and complaint was registered for refund even before that. they have time limit of 14 working days that is also maximum time limit now i feel really irritated because once they told something else and now they are delaying and yet i have not recieved the reund amount.
Sir please take some necessary and serious action. I have proofs upon request i can show it.
