My Complaint Description:
I purchased one product with this site… it was buy one get one free… the product was deleievred to me… but there was a size issue… when asked for refund they partially refunded and half amount they only said they will but till date there is no refund receieved… and now when i contact the customer care executive… they say we have initiated the refund… sometimes they say they havent received the porduct…. and some times they say they have rwfunded the amount…. and ask us to provide a bank statement… evwrytime they pwoplw come up with a new thing…this is literally a fraud thing…. Nd strict actions should be taken on this cmpny

      May be either this company is cheating on customers or the customer care executives are not skilled enough to manage the situations

      Please understand the situation:

      Order ID: 13479278 : I placed an order (Buy 1 get 1 free), but the order I received, I was having the size issue. So I raised a complaint for replacement. While replacement I replaced only 1(First) Product, as there was no size for the 2nd product.

      Again I contacted the customer care executive, they asked me that once you get replacement for the first product. Then you again replace the second product

      I waited and then I received the Replacement of first Product with Order ID :13544965

      Again there was a size issue. Again communicated with customer executive. He suggested for refund. I returned both the products (Newly Received and the Previous one) via courier and also got you free coupons for the same

      ​I have couriered the product and also I have been received the Coupon Reimbursement for the same..​

      But as per discussion with your customer care executive she is telling we haven’t received the product.. Are you guys fooling me…

      I want refund for my product any how…​ (This is an allegation put by your girl representative.. Please check twice before passing such false comments & If you dont know the situation better not comment or commit)

    • Also I have wasted my Lot of Phone balance talking to your dumb customer care executive, who doesn’t know how to talk with customers and they use to yell and not understand the situation. Also they very easily put allegations on the customer. For more detailed information please check my emails.. As I have sent you many emails for the same.. But I think Yepme has always failed to acknowledge it.And some times when asked to the customer care executive why the status of the order is not displaying what it is they use to say… you dont worry we have the updated records in our system.. and later on they cheat by saying that you have not returned the product and also ask for bank statements and then they say we dont have any refund compalint for this product..

      First they took the product also and then they didnt refunded the amount also…

      Also i watsed my phone balance behind them 7 – 8 times.. and still today i am standing with no solution from the team.

  1. Yesterday Yepme called me and enquired that what is the issue. I explained the issue from scrach that what issues I had faced. I explained whole situation. And then the executive said “Madam Dont worry you will get your refund amount”

    In evening I got a mail from yepme:
    Dear Customer,your complaint no. 1896613 has been registered.

    As per our return policy we request you to send the product preferably through speed post in a saleable condition. Also request you to send the AWB number and courier name on [email protected] faster processing of your complaint. Please ensure that the product is returned with the tags, original packaging, invoice, in an unwashed and undamaged condition to the below mention address:
    Growthways Trading Pvt. Ltd. K-618,Rangpuri Ext. A-Block,Near Tata Telco bus service station, New Delhi-110037.

    Yepme doesn’t facilitate reverse pickup of your product therefore we encourage you to return your product within 14 days of registering the complaint. Your courier charges will be reimbursed in terms of Coupon Code of Rs 150, which will be sent via email and SMS to your registered email address and mobile number respectively for your future shopping @ Yepme. Please note that the refund/replacement request will be processed only once we receive the product at the address mentioned above.

    As I have already returned my product and also I haven’t received the money for it. Then also aftewr such a long explanation and discussion with the executive. Though he agreed that yes i understood the situation, again the Yepme has sent me such an email.


    May be Yepme is dumb enough to understand or they are very clever how to fool customers.

  2. I have received the message from Yepme that You will be refunded within 10 days.I got this message on 11 July. But till now I haven’t received any refund nor any update from Yepme is done to me

  3. The company is not responding to any of the mails that I sent.

    Also there is already a complaint registered and still its status is open.

    I want you to take strict actions against yepme for such false commitments.

    As they already committed through sms that they will be refunding the amount within 10 days on 11th Jully.

  4. I received a message through Yepme

    “Dear Customer, Your refund for Order No. 13479278 has been processed by Yepme via emvantage for rs 274”

    – on 24th July, 12:00 PM

    But I haven’t received any rupees in my account. May be Yepme is only fooling me..

  5. Today I called yepmme as while i am checkking the status in the site for refund it is showing as completed.

    Also as per my discussion with customer care executive, he said that on 22 june it was refunded,

    what a joke, yepme is messaging me that refunding process will be processed in 10 days on 11 July

    And second message I got is “Your refund has been made by perms via emvantage on 24 July”

    And as per my discussion with Kunal – the customer care executiuve he says that refund has been made on 22 june

    I gues they dont understand and fool the customers.

    Very strict actions has to be taken for such false guidance

  6. Now i request you to force YEPME to send their bank details for if they have done the transactions.

    As they asked me to give me my bank statement to provide them that YES I HAVE NOT GOT THE REFUND.


  7. Till Date I have not received any refund. But yes I got many messages from yepme that it is in process and this and that.. YEPME IS A FAKE COMPANY. Which is earning by conning its customer.
