I HAVE PRE PAID RS. 2637 FOR SERVICES OF 120 DAYS,
THERE WAS FREQUENTLY DISCONNECTION DURING ALL 4 MONTHS ,
FOR FIRST 100 DAYS OF 120 DAYS PAID, THE SPEED WAS ONLY 2 TO 4 MBPS, WHERE AS I HAVE PRE PAID FOR 15 MBPS
THEIR NEGLIGENCE PROVES HTE FACT THAT ONLY LADT 15/20 DAYS SPEED WAS CLOSE TO 15 MBPS.
FOR 1ST 100 DAYS I SUFFER A LOT, THAT IS WHY I COULD HARDLY USE LESS THAN 20 GB, WHERE AS I HAVE PAID FOR 80 GB
IN SPITE OF 5 EMAIL SENT, TO ALL LEVEL OF MANAGEMENT INCLUDING APPLETE OFFICER MR. PINAL SOLANKI, NODAL OFFICER MS. SHARMA AND EVEN THE CEO IN MUMBAI, NO ONE EVER CARE OT REPLY MY EMAIL AND NEVER EVEN RETURN MY PHONE CALL
WITH PRE PAYMENT,I HAD NO CHOICE AS THEY REFUSE OT REFUND MY MONEY
I MA A MEDIA PERSON AND DUE TO DISCONNECTION AND POOR SERVICES, I HAVE A MASSIVE LOSS OF MY WORK PERFORMANCE.
I WANT MY MONEY BACK,
