My Complaint Description:
To Whom so ever it may concern,
I had applied for Internet connection on 09-Feb-16 vide SBI cheque number 867823. However, Installation work had not proceeded. Despite the frequent follow up and assurance given by sales person, work is still pending.
I tried calling on customer care and registered the complaint (Complaint no- 2016022804261). Still not action had been taken. Further, calls were made to customer care and they asked me to contact local district office (0265-6194700). When I contacted local district office, they asked me to contact zonal office (0265-6444225). When I contacted zonal office, they asked me to contact sales person (Jigar patel- 08128817944). When I contacted sales person, he asked me to contact his supervisor (Pravin Patel- 07600023773). Complaint for same was also lodged at [email protected].
Further, the cabling was completed, username was created and installation was balance. The message received stating number of responsible person (Samir Rana – 07041781947) for installation job. When he was contacted, he said the area does not belong to him. Frequent calls were made to Sales supervisor (Pravin Patel- 07600023773), he asked me to contact the technical supervisor (Jackie – 08866001208), he asked me to contact field supervisor ( Mr. Mistry – 09974551105).
The follow up work is being done on regular basis and eventually I have lost the patience to expedite. Hundred of rupees were spent making calls and still things have not worked out.
Therefore, I request you to pay 10,000 INR as compensation towards the time wasted, bearing such a mental torture and Internet connection charges paid (3200 INR).
