Hello Dear Respected sir/madam of Grahak Suraksha,
i took you broadband connection on 20-09-2016 and at that time i gave them cheque and after that they call me back may be on 22-09-16 and that time their executive told me that in your home you will not get our brodband connection and that time my cheque not withdraw from there side and on call i told them that dont withdraw my cheque.. i already told them that i want my cheque today itself than only they have withdraw my cheque on 23-09-2016. and according to their policy return policy is maximum 4-5days and today 29-9-2016 so its 10days gone and still i not getting any refund so i want to complaint this in very strictly.. because they making me fool, i called their executive many many times & around i waste my 200Rs on call and my time. i request them many many times and one day i went their Main Surat Adajan office and that time they told me on coming friday i.e 30-9-2016 you will get refund anyhow that surity they told me and still nothing doing any process.. i have many proof in mobile call record that proves all this things. so i request to GRAHAK Suraksha that pls take any strict action to this company…
whenever i call them all the time their sales manager,sales executive, main head and etc executive same things tell me like your process is on under.. so why they making me fool that is the best question..
i already told them and mail them like will go on grahak suraksha after friday.. so pls take strict action… this is happen with me second time thats why i m complaint with this company…
