My Complaint Description:
I have mail to YU mobile regarding my Head phone issue and call on its customer care no i.e. 18602122122. they have given assurance to change my head phone and you will receive Waybill no. in 24 hours. i didn't get any way bill no any after that i have made a call many times but all customer care executive told me that you will get way bill no with in 24 hours. after gone past 1 month 2 days i still not get any way bill no. hense you are requested to take serious action on compamy to fail his commitment.
