TODAY 7 DAYS HAVE COMPLETED ABOUT MY COMPLAIN NO : 1044185.
I BOUGHT "YU Yureka (Moondust Grey)" IN Rs 8999/- ON 26TH MAR BILL NO :-HR-DEL2-144105041-1312015
I HAVE PROBLEM WITH PHONE THAT PHONE IS OVER HAETING & BATTERY CHARGING LOOSE IN 2-3 HOURS WITH OUT ANY USE.I FORMAT MY PHONE AS TALK WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER ON 15-06-2015 BUT MY PHONE AS IT IS. THEN TECNICAL STAFF TAKE MY COMPLAIN ON 17-06-2015 WITH COMPLAIN NO 1044185 I CALL ON 19-06-2015 TALK WITH SHRUTI. THEN AFTER TODAY MORNING TALK WITH MAIN HEAD OF YUREKA VIVEK MEHRA..I CALL IN CUSTOMER CARE ALL TIME THEY SAY YOUR 48 HOURS PERIOD COMPLETE OR YOU WILL GET A CALL OUR TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT TOMORROW.BUT NO ONE CALL I GET YET. I ALSO COMPLAIN ON GRAHAK SURKSHA. NOW I WANT REPALCE OR GIVING BACK PHONE TO YOU & GET MY REFUND.
