My Complaint Description:
Dear Sir,
Good Day,
I want to complain again my mobile phone which i have bought from Mobile Corner, Limda Lane, Jamnagar.
I bought my mobile on 22.04.2016 after two month 21.06.2016 my phone goes automatically offed and than my mobile is not switched on. After this i had submitted my phone to nearest service center of this mobile at Diya Communication on 22.06.2016 wide docket no. W010415-0616-24000264 dated 22.06.2016 which is in warranty period. Still date my phone is not repaired by them and back to me.

Two days before they told me that they will change my mobile's motherboard and after that they will give me back. But if they are changing motherboard of my mobile phone it is not good and it's not like company feting that's why i want to replace my mobile phone or else refund my money back. I told them i will complain about this in Ghrak Forum, but they told me do whatever you like we will not do as you are saying.

I request you to kindly help me about this and do the needful.
