My Complaint Description:
Today I have Called to Info City Club Resort and Asked to talk to Zaika Restaurant Regarding Making a Reservation and Availability of Jain Food at 21:10 as they have confirmed the same we have made our Booking through Nearbuy (Groupon) for 5 People and started towards Zaika Restaurant of Info City Club & Resort After that we have called the Zaika Restaurant to Reconfirm the same @ 21:52 and we reached Restaurant @ around 10:10 and we have Started taking the Dinner Our 3 Companion were Ready to take Regular Food but as Discussed and Asked I and My Wife has requested for the Jain Food though they have Started Serving and served us welcome Drink to all 5 People, After that 3 People from our Group who are our Guests have Started Taking Buffet Dinner as everything was available in the Buffet and I and My wife were Waiting for the Jain Soup but they have given us Soup after 20 Minutes which was Man chow Soup with Onion and Garlic so requested them to Replace the Same and they have Replaced it in 10 More Minutes with Tomato Soup so we compromised and had a Tomato Soup after that they have given a Starter to us after 3 Request, as there were Some Large Groups of People were Having the Buffet we did not Complaint and Adjusted Our Self but till these time 3 of Our Guests have Completed the Dinner and they have to wait for Us, Because of Our Jain Food Request.
After that we have requested for the Jain Vegetable Preparation and for the Main Course and they took almost 30 More Minutes and they have only given 1 Veg Preparation in Stead of it was 2 so we requested them for another Veg Preparation but they have again gave us Potato Subji with Onion and Garlic then I have requested the Waiter to replace the same and it was very Shocking to us the Waiter has advised us that if You want Jain food than You should Eat at Your Home It was really a Big Embarrassment to us in front of Our Guest and then I Lost My Patience and Complained to the Supervisor of the Restaurant and he Instead of Solving the Problem Started asking me Questions that Whom Do You Speak to For Jain Food and I have Shown the Call List and Showed a Talk time of 47 Seconds to the Restaurant but he was asking that give us the name of the Person whom do You talk to ..and He Started Misbehaving with me and My Guests it was like Really Embarrassing and he also denied that our Kitchen is Closed.
I really Want to Request You that this Kind Of Misbehavior is Not to Be Tolerated and General Public Should not Suffer or Face this Kind of Misbehavior even after Paying Full Amount in Advance as it is More Painful and there is No Money in the World which can actually fulfill these kind of Things.
After this I came Back to home and Started Writing the Complaint and had a Diarrhea and was not feeling well.
