Purchased via Order #100049197 item : LEMMFO LEM7 4G-LTE GPS Smartwatch Phone with 2G+16G
on 19th november 2018.
Received a fake duplicate product. All emails bounced bak from [email protected] as well as [email protected].
On asking bluedart the company by which it was dispatched, the address is ZOCDOC
Mayapuri Industrial Ares, Phase I, New Delhi 110064. with Tel No. 7290885855.
One website the address is of haryana and the return address is of thane , bot the addresses are fake.
At the end the payment has reached the merchant , and the merchant details are with paytm. However paytm not co-operating to give merchant details. Following up since a week. They give reason, will contact merchant and share the details. Why does patm have to contact seller to share his details. The merchant has account with paytm, i am sure it is kyc verified than why not share the correct address, telephone no and bank details of the said merchant so that such fraudsters can checked
