My Complaint Description:
i am advocate K M Mhatre practicing in Mumbai High Court I had book car in Zoom Car self drive from 30/11/2015 to 10/12/15 and paid money through Pay U Money App through my debit card got msg at 7.30 pm on 27/11/15 that payment made successful and payment ID: 80402454 thereafter on 28/11/15 in morning i received from Zoom Car that booking cancelled amount will be refunded. I gave a call on 022-30038101at zoom car call center at Bangalore answer given by executive was we are very sorry sir due to technical fault and non matching of Driving License , I would like to clarify regarding this When i opened my account in Zoom car i gave all details and uploaded photo of my Driving license, however when my driver went to pick up car at pick up point executive said as per terms and conditions of their company concern person whose details are uploaded should come to pick up and advised to upload details of my driver Raj Mohan Shetty. I changed all details on my account format alongwith photos of his Driving License but phone number and mail id of mine, thereafter i booked cars on two occasions i.e on 17/11/15 from 06.30 to 18.30 and again on 17/11/15 22.30 to 19/11/15 till 22.30 at that no such objection or technical but this i had very important business meeting, but there executives without verifying necessary details cancelled my bookings hence i am filing this compliant.
