My Complaint Description:
I have subscribed 1GB OF 2G data on 18/08/2013 which was valid upto 16.09.2013. When I subscribed 150MB of 3Ģ data on 24/08/2013, remaining 2G data has been forfeited by the company. I talked to customer care executive on 111 about it and he replied that if any person opts for 3G data, 2G data automatically gets forfeited. This is irrational as well as fraud against the costomers. Concerned authorities should take steps against such frauds by Vodafone.

    Please know that VL126 offering 1GB for 30 days was active on your number w.e.f. 18/08/13. Later, 3G pack with rental of Rs.49/- providing benefit of 150MB has been activated w.ef. 24/08/13 as per your request. Please note, 2G and 3G cannot co-exist and hence 2G plan of Rs. 126/- got forfeited and we will not be to credit unused benefit as per process.
