My Complaint Description:
I subscribed to airlink internet service for 30 months @30 mbps speed (5 mbps after 360 gb per month). I was assured by the salesman of good service and quick customer redressal method; but but soon after commencement I started facing issues. the fiber link of too frequently broken (as excused by the representatives guys), net speed was too poor (less than 1 mbps!); and to further add on to the problem now neither customer care is answering my call (they are always busy!) nor its engineer; I even emailed them, have even been to their office but same was the result.
I don't know who to contact further as I have tried every means available but was left hanging; it seems this company excels in this malpractice of fooling customers and not paying heed to them later.
It would be nice of you if you are able to cease this malpractice so that no other customer is fooled upon, here by I am disclosing my user id and registered number. Please look into the matter asap.
