My Complaint Description:
I have called for no internet connection on Saturday they said engineer will come Monday check and solve the problem. But my no engineer has come since Today. I have call on Monday night they said tomorrow engineer comes. No other reply from support. Tuesday night I have call same thing engineer will come. Today I also called engineer will come Today or tomorrow. What is your time to solve problem? After my plan is over ? Or you will give extra day due to you can't solve the problem? Your engineer has not given the proper email id of nodel and disconnect the call. He told in this time email id can be written and mail will be send. But it wasn't 1min time I think. He told me I have to write if I write in mobile it will take time. And I have repeated my number 3-4 times to him. I haven't talked that way. To much bad things from you. I think your service is good and I also referencing my friends and family a d already took 3 connection from you but this is too much bad where my problem is not resolving and support team talk with bad manners.

The land cable you given is simple not cover optical. I have talk too many times to change it with finer optical but always get same answer engineer will check. Please replace this chip cabel with fiber optical. I already took internet connection with lan and I have fiber optical cabel.

Please do something ASAP.
